Initiate your return
Visit your Order History in the Google Store and select the item you wish to return to print a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the package
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, chargers, and manuals that were originally included.
Ship the item
Attach the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 14 days of starting the request.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
